What is a 5K & Family Fun Run????
Participants run, walk, or even dance a predetermined distance. This creates a festive atmosphere, promoting health and fitness, and it's a lot of fun for the whole family! Superhero costumes are encouraged! There will be lots of other family-friendly activities - there's something for everyone! Let's be superheroes for the children of Grant County!
