Here is some information about booth setup:

All booth registration options close on Friday, September 1st at 5:00 PM.

This just in! We received enough funds to waive the vendor fee! Just fill out the Activity Booth Form and get registered! We can't wait to see you there!

  • Set-up can begin at 8:00 AM on the day of the event.

  • Each booth space is 12 feet by 12 feet.

  • You will receive a map of your designated space and organization number in PDF format shortly before the event via email. The map will also be available at the Information Table on the day of the event and on our social media pages.

  • Spaces will be marked with your organization's number on flags.

  • Each organization must provide its own table, canopy, electric cords, water, and supplies needed. Canopies should be secured in case of winds.

  • For special requests, please email us at least 15 days before the event and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • All Activity Vendors will need to fill out Activity Booth Form prior to the event


Interactive Booths

We encourage you to think of interactive events at your booth that engage visitors of all ages, especially children and youth. Some ideas include:

  • Face painting

  • Balloon animals

  • Games

  • Crafts

  • Raffles

  • Prizes

  • Hair Tinsel
