​Get ready for an action-packed day of superhero-themed fun at the 2nd Annual September Spectacular hosted by CPC!

 

Join us at Bataan Memorial Park on Saturday, September 14, 2024 8am to 4pm for the;

Caped Crusader Crawl (Family Fun Run) 0-5 FREE

• Early Bird Caped Crusader (ages 6+) (Fun Run): $10 

• Regular Caped Crusader (Fun Run): $20

 But that's not all - there will also be free family activities, community resources, music, food vendors, a foam afterparty and 360 photo booth for you and your friends to capture the best memories of the season!!! 

Do not forget to register for the "Super Corn Hole Clash" brought to you by the Senior Olympics!!!

And most important of all, all proceeds from this FUN-drasing event will go towards CPC's programs that support access to high-quality early child education and early childcare for all young children and families in Grant County.

The event will take place from 7-4 with check-in for the 5K and 10K beginning at 7am. 

​

Caped Crusader Crawl is a family friendly event for those of all ages to run, walk, crawl, fly, or skip across the finish line. Come suited up and grab your sidekick to have FUN and RUN! Located on the upper field at Bataan Park, this event will take place from 9-2 and will not be timed but will allow for those of all ages and skill levels to participate and enjoy time together.

Hero Hustle 5K is a 3.1 mile windy, all terrain race where you can flash, dash, or mash past the finish line. This is a timed race and will begin at 8:30am with check-in at 7! Prizes for 1st-3rd place participants will be awarded at 1pm.

Dragonfly Titan 10K Trek will consist of a singletrack with a few climbs and scattered descents for roughly 6.2 miles. It also includes a few loose areas of dirt and sand along the trail with an occasional creek crossing. However, water may not always be present in the creek beds. Be on the look out for Native American petroglyphs that are near the trail. In particular, a "dragonfly" petroglyph can be seen. There are also several other trails and loops in this area. This is a timed race and will begin at 8:30am with check-in at 7! Prizes for 1st-3rd place participants will be awarded at 1pm.
