CPC Color Fun Run Fundraiser Participation Waiver

 

I am voluntarily participating in the CPC September Spectac-Color Fun Run fundraiser at Bataan Memorial Park, Santa Clara, NM on September 16th, 2023. I understand that I am assuming all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to, the possibility of getting injured, getting stained by the color powder, having an allergic reaction, or inhaling the color powder. I agree to follow the instructions of the event organizers and volunteers.

 

 

I agree to release and hold harmless the Community Partnership for Children (CPC), the owner of the venue location, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers from any liability including but not limited to, any injuries or damages sustained as a result of my participation or the participation of my children, damage to personal property (such as my phone, camera, vehicle, etc), or medical related issues during this event. I understand that I am responsible for the safety and behavior of any minors who may be participating in this event.

 

 

Photo Release Policy

I hereby grant permission to CPC to use my photograph, likeness, and/or voice in any and all media, including but not limited to print, broadcast, social media, and online, for the purpose of promoting the CPC's September Spectac-Color Fun Run event. I understand that I will not be compensated for the use of my photograph, likeness, and/or voice.

 

Animal Policy

Animals are not allowed at the CPC's September Spectac-Color Fun Run event unless they are certified service animals. If you plan to bring a service animal, you must provide notice of this to CPC via email or written letter at least 10 days prior to the event. Any owners with animals in attendance that have not provided prior written notice will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

 

Refund and Cancelation Policy

Refunds must be requested in writing to the event organizer at least 10 days (about 1 and a half weeks) before the event. CPC reserves the right to cancel or delay the event for any reason, including weather conditions, public safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
