About the event
Autism-Informed Response Training for Emergency & Medical Professionals
Following conversations with families, service providers, and community partners, Community Partnership for Children (CPC) identified a critical gap in our community: the urgent need for training that helps emergency and medical professionals better understand and support individuals with autism during high‑stress situations.
In response, CPC quickly expanded our training initiative to include an additional, dedicated workshop day tailored specifically for first responders, healthcare staff, and crisis‑response teams.

This interactive training equips professionals with the tools needed to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care to autistic individuals during moments of crisis. Participants will gain:
