Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and wellness!

We're excited to bring together FLT members, families, and friends for a Barre & Bond experience designed to help you feel strong, centered, and connected.

This class features a low-impact, full-body barre workout inspired by ballet, using small, controlled movements to build strength, improve balance, and support overall wellness—perfect for all fitness levels.

Whether you're new to barre or have experience, this class is all about moving at your own pace in a supportive, uplifting environment.
