This class features a low-impact, full-body barre workout inspired by ballet, using small, controlled movements to build strength, improve balance, and support overall wellness—perfect for all fitness levels.
Whether you’re new to barre or have experience, this class is all about moving at your own pace in a supportive, uplifting environment.
