It’s so wonderful to see our FLT members and friends coming together today. This barre class is all about building connection, supporting wellness, and having fun as a community.

We’re so excited to offer this as a free pop-up experience, and we truly encourage you to bring a friend next time—everything is better when we move and connect together!
